INDICATION:
For the temporary relief of minor joint and muscular pain associated with arthritis, strains, sprains and bruises. For sports applications, use before & after work-outs & competition.

DIRECTIONS:
Generously apply 3-4 times daily or more often if needed. Lightly massage over area until ointment starts to disappear. Use before and after athletic or other physical activities. For acute trauma injuries, apply immediately for best results following a sprain, strain, bruise or impact.
